We would like to see the feature outlined here taken a bit further.... http://blog.formspring.com/2009/06/29/unique-checkboxes-radio-buttons-and-select-lists/ Basically, we have a a free event with a limited number of spaces and time slots. The above solution does work but would look better to the end user if the time slot would not display after the set amount spaces were taken up. And only the available time slots and spaces without a long list of "Seat 1", "Seat 2", etc. Something like... Choose your time slot: <radio button list of time ranges> <if a time slot had 50 spaces, and all of them were taken, that value would not display> How many will be attending? <1 minimum, 2 maximum> <if the time slot had 1 available space and 2 were selected, a custom error message would display> Thank you for the consideration and please contact me if you have any questions. -Andrew- |
