We've experienced a couple outages this afternoon: from about 12:50PM-12:56PM EST and 3:16PM-3:21PM. The problems largely stemmed from excessive database load. There was NO data loss, but forms were not accessible during the times mentioned above. Please know that we're back up and running, and are currently working on fixing the problem so it doesn't happen again. |

| @Mitch responding to you through a support ticket. There seems to still be a resource issue regarding getting data from an encrypted form with a lot of fields and/or submissions. We're working on it. |
