5.6. Sharing Data

In the data area, share URLs provide the functionality for you to let others view submitted data through a unique private URL without giving them a username and password. You can easily turn on or off that private URL for each form. Click on the Share Data tab under the Data menu of your form to find this option.

You can also reset the unique URLs by turning them off then on again. This will generate a new URL for you to provide others, and invalidate the old one.

The Share Data function generates three unique URLs. The first URL allows anyone who is given it the ability to search and view all submissions for that form, download data and view the snapshot. The second URL only allows the snapshot to be viewed. The third is an RSS feed that you can subscribe to receive data every time your form receives a submission.
